When on, each axis with sub-capabilities (RX, TX, AM/SSB, etc.) exposes per-cap weight inputs, and Overall is computed from cap-derived axis scores (yes = 1.0, limited = 0.5, no = 0).
Weights are 0–5 multipliers. Default is 1.0. Set to 0 to ignore an axis or capability. In per-capability mode, axis weight scales the whole axis after caps are aggregated.
